1. Stay Hydrated

For years, the “8 glasses of water a day” rule has been widely accepted, promoted by health professionals, beverage companies, and the media. Judging by the number of people constantly sipping from water bottles, this message seems to have taken hold. But is it accurate? And where did it originate?

The type of water we drink matters just as much as the quantity. There are various types of water available—reverse osmosis water, bottled water, distilled water, filtered water, and more. Did you know that a human can survive only 3 to 5 days without water? But what if the water you drink isn’t suitable for your body? No matter how many supplements you take, they won’t provide maximum benefits if the water lacks the proper balance of electrons. Worse, if the water is of poor quality, the supplements could even become harmful, turning into free radicals that damage your body.

2. Sleep Well

Even if you're consuming the world's best health supplements, without proper hydration and quality sleep, you will never achieve optimal health. Want proof? Try going three days without sleep while taking the best nutrition available—you’ll quickly realize that no supplement can replace the energy that sleep provides.

So, what is the ideal sleep schedule? How many hours do we truly need? Many people spend thousands of dollars on energy-enhancing mattresses, such as those infused with magnets or gemstones, but do they really work? Sleep is the most powerful source of energy—more than any supplement or device.

3. Cleanse & Detox

People often focus on consuming nutrition-packed supplements, some containing extracts from 20 to even 100 different fruits and vegetables. But have we considered the impact of our modern environment? The food we eat, the air we breathe, and our way of living have changed dramatically due to technological advancements and chemical-based farming, both of which can be harmful to our health.

Before focusing on nutrition, it’s crucial to detox and cleanse the body first. But how should we cleanse? What exactly needs detoxification? Should we use fiber supplements or juice cleanses? Are they equally effective, or does one work better than the other? Understanding the right cleansing method can significantly enhance your overall well-being.

4. Balanced Nutrition

A well-balanced diet is essential, but sometimes, specific nutrients are needed for targeted health benefits. For example, consuming calcium alone isn’t enough—it requires vitamin C, vitamin D, and magnesium to be effectively absorbed by the body.

Some people in Taiwan follow a diet rich in organic foods, incorporating seven different types of vegetables and fruits of varying colors in their meals, believing it enhances their health. But is eating raw food always the healthiest choice? If animals can consume raw meat, why do humans need to cook their food? Understanding the right balance between raw and cooked foods is key to optimizing nutrition.

5. Emotion & Stress

The human body undergoes millions of chemical reactions every day. But did you know that chronic anger or stress can increase the risk of diseases like cancer? Stress is often called the #1 silent killer in modern city life, contributing to numerous health issues. Managing emotions and reducing stress is just as important as diet and exercise when it comes to maintaining good health.

6. Habits

Healthy habits and a balanced lifestyle play a major role in long-term well-being. Small daily choices—such as regular exercise, mindful eating, and stress management—can lead to significant improvements in overall health and longevity.

7. Energy

Our body’s energy levels are influenced by our daily routines. Maintaining and building bio-energy involves a combination of proper sleep, nutrition, hydration, and mental well-being. The choices we make each day determine our overall vitality and resilience.

8. Charity & Giving Back

Confucius once taught that moral virtue and generosity contribute not only to a fulfilling life but also to longevity and well-being. Engaging in acts of kindness and giving back to others can create a sense of purpose, reduce stress, and even enhance mental and emotional health.

How I lead my team?
I never lead my team by command. I never lead my team by selling them a dream. I never lead a team attracting them with money. I lead them with love.
