Most of us think that highblood pressure is a diseases. Today i am going to explained more about why you get high blood pressure. When our blood get thicker when we take too much sodium, sugar or oil blood will become thicker. It is a very simple experiment, put feel spoon sodium or salt into a plain water. The water will become more thicker due to molecule structure that have been form more complex when salt dilute into the water. That the same situation in our blood. Here are feel reason if you don't have high blood pressure and suddently highblood goes up. 1. Pressure - if you have lack of vitamin M. (MONEY) you will have a pressure. Your work pressure, that affected your sleeping quality. Your high blood will go up. 2. Sleep quality - if you sleep too late or not enough sleep high blood will go up too. I will not explain clearly in this article but will replace it very soon. 3. Not enough water. Especially in summer, but in Malaysia there are whole year is summer. 8 glass of water recommended is not suitable here. It should be 10 to 14 cups of water. 4. Lack of vitamin C. 5. Lack of exercise 6.cholesterol in the blood. Take half lemon juice add bamboo salt with high magnesium. With a class of water drink early morning everyday. Your highblood will stop. Its works

How High Blood Pressure Can Harm You?

High Blood Pressure Is a Silence Killer.

Salt Causes High Blood Pressure. I would like t clarified this statement again since many people have make a mistake about salt is sodium and sodium is salt. Salt wouldn't harm to our body, but sodium do when your daily consumption is more than 2300mg.

70%-80% of the sodium in our diets comes not from the salt shaker but from packaged, processed, restaurant, and store-bought foods. Only about 5% comes from salt added during cooking; about 6% comes from salt added at the table. So, if you still think you not eating salt, you are totally wrong. 4 pieces of gardenia bread is already exceeded the amount you need in the whole day. Don't believe on that?

What science really shows: Large-scale scientific reviews have determined there's no reason for people with normal blood pressure to restrict their sodium intake. Now, if you already have high blood pressure, you may be "salt sensitive." As a result, reducing the amount of salt you eat could be helpful.
